First Annual Mike Clark Conquer the Hills Memorial Ride the feedback and event information
Nearly 300 cyclists convened on a picture perfect summer day to honor Mike Clark’s favorite local ride – Conquer the Hills. Started several years ago by Mike Clark and a few of his hardcore friends, the noncompetitive ride was opened to the public for the first time this year… but definitely not the last.
In all, more than $7,500 was raised for the Mike Clark Legacy Foundation at Conquer the Hills, and local bike enthusiasts are already asking for the date for Conquer the Hills 2009. Check back for more information regarding events like this.
This event was the first of many to come, and from the photos, we can only hope for something as exciting as this ride.
